Documents should be sent out with explanatory names not just serial codes and numbers. The difference in premiums - discounted and not discounted - with two figures in different documents is confusing and moreover misses what would otherwise be a marketing benefit for you. This should be rethought, I advise. Contact LC1 was perfectly competent, although she should be briefed not to despatch documents without proper titles.

KB6 dealt very efficiently with my telephone call taking me through all the questions I had already answered on line plus a few more. I assume that is the correct procedure although I wonder why. She was clear and easy to understand. Pt Brown

spoke to a Maxine ref = MB9 about my insurance documents and she was most helpful in getting me sorted by immediately sending my documents direct by emails to me. Maxine was most clear in speaking and described to me every thing I wanted very great full for her services MR A MEEK.

The assistant who dealt with me ( EM1 ) was very efficient and patient.There was an error with the start date and although she was not available when I rang, she soon contacted me and sorted it out.

Pretty straightforward. Everything's clear from the insurance side. A bit of unhappiness from the finance company cause they will charge you once you decide to leave. Good customer service. SC3 from customer services was really helpful. Overall is pretty good experience. Thanks.

I phoned with a query on my home insurance as to what my excess was and what was covered, I got friendly helpful service and my documents emailed to me straight away.The member of staff was polite and cheerful. MB9
