laura was very good in getting me to renew my policy, I would like to add due to your phone answering service you nearly lost my business as I was held on for some considerable time awaiting to talk to an agent.. and nearly put phone down to go with another provider.. but laura saved you a client. steve walker

I had my renewal offer through the post however i'd had a cheaper quote from elsewhere so contacted One Call to see if they could match/beat it. The quote came back within a few pence of my comparison quote. The person (KB6) was very helpful and pleasant.

I brought a new car to get told that it was going to cost me a extra £68 to amends the policy which I was very upset about this to then call back 2 days later to get told it would only cost me £19.13 to transfer my details but I advised I will b transferring a. Personal plate once the dvla give the all clear it wod be a extra 35.00 but I went on line as a new custome it was cheaper so obviously they do not want repeat customer & would rather take. U as a new customer every year fine with me as long as. It is cheaper or same price

I found One Call very responsive to my queries. Ashleigh green handled both my calls her ID is AG3 and would recommend her as someone who understood my concerns and was able to answer them.

LC1 As I took this policy out before I moved in to my new house, my correspondence address was different, having not changed this I did not receive a renewal quote and was only noted of automatic renewal and payment of my policy. I contacted to change my correspondence address to my current and the property insured address, I had to do this twice as the town I like in Cupar was misspelt Cooper I would recommended that if the correspondence address differs from the insured address (very common when moving house as insurance needs to be in place prior to moving in) that a reminder is sent out after 3 / 6 months go remind people to change address if required do that they get the best chance of receiving their renewal quote.

I had a very pleasent call from your adviser SC3 who advised me on how i could save a bit more money after renewing my ongoing insurance with yourselves as i had not noticed it when i renewed my insurance. Thank you he explained it clearly and i am very happy overall with the level of service throughout.
