OK so this is two tone review to be honest I purchased this insurance through compare the market My first contact with one call themselves was a nightmare I almost cancelled the policy as the service was very bad the operator would not listen to me and kept talking over me saying I was wrong this resulted in me having to pay more money as I had disclosed some information correctly However I have again contacted them a couple of times to change my car and again today to change the registration after fitting a personal number (£15 admin fee) But the last couple of times they have been very helpful on the phone ,today it was Steven SH4 who was great to be honest and he may have given me the will to renew with them next year which I was certainly not going to do so thank you SH4

Renewal came through, contacted call centre and agent RT6 answered promptly. Renewal was processed quickly and efficiently.

We discoverred a few errors in my details. With clear friendly discussion, this was quickly fixed. At no extra renewal cost!

I found your customer service advisor very helpful. Her username is EM1 I had done a comparison quote on Uswitch and then rang and she ran through everything which was very helpful as some of the information I had entered on-line was incorrect. She was also able to obtain further discount for me which I thought was excellent as she could have not bothered. I just hope that your customer service is as good once you have obtained your customers as most companies don't provide good after care service and leave you hanging on the phone for ages, please don't be like the rest.

The gentleman in question SH4 ( steven) was not just very helpful but also very curtious. He went out of his way to find me the best deal. Because of him I have continued to stay with One Call. He is a credit to your call centre which is more than I can say for the lady I spoke to the day before. Thankyou very much Steven from Mr McCabe

I have been asked to give the user name of the person who phoned me back when I was going round and round in circles trying to purchase the insurance on line. It was CR1 I don't know if it was your website or my ancient computer that was the problem but if it was my ancient computer couldn't you make your website compatible with older computers? It kept telling me my browser would not work to allow me to make a payment.

Spoke to CR1 customer service advisor who was brilliant , very efficient but nice and friendly first time used but so far very impressed.

I tryed to call this insurer on the phone and was held in a queue with dreadful Music playing - "5"X 10 minutes I now have a number for the office-not call centre so if I need to call again hopefully I won't have the run around.

After being passed from place to place and no one could find where the payment i had paid went after a short while Andrew North manage to locate this for me and i have now requested a refund back from Creation i am awaiting a reply Thank you Andrew North i can finally relax after 2 days

Ashleigh (AG3) made everything clear, quick & easy, if her performance is anything to go by then I will have no worries dealing with a claim, (hopefully i won't need to though). Many thanks for making a switch to your buildings & contents cover a pleasure. I have not needed to make a claim as I have only just set up the policy, so I have rated as average as I have no experience of this field but wanted the switch & Ashleigh's professionalism recognised.

Happy with telephone manner of One Call Insurance rep. If I had one criticism it is one that to be applied to all telesales operatives which is that perhaps it would be better if the rep spoke more slowly. However, I was left in no doubt that my insurance business are in good hands.
