In addition there was a simple phone system in place where calls were picked up efficiently and my queries were dealt with by the first person I spoke to, there is nothing worse than being handed around which did not happen with one call. Overall very impressed with the service so far and this give me confidence that should there be a claim on this policy it will be dealt with in the correct manner.
