Phoned to query a few points and the consultant ( LC1) was really helpful, efficient and quick in dealing with my concerns . She also informed us that we could substantially reduce the compulsary excesses for a small additional monthl charge.

I purchased this insurance through compare the market
My first contact with one call themselves was a nightmare I almost cancelled the policy as the service was very bad the operator would not listen to me and kept talking over me saying I was wrong this resulted in me having to pay more money as I had disclosed some information correctly
However I have again contacted them a couple of times to change my car and again today to change the registration after fitting a personal number (£15 admin fee)
But the last couple of times they have been very helpful on the phone ,today it was Steven SH4 who was great to be honest and he may have given me the will to renew with them next year which I was certainly not going to do so thank you SH4”
“I found your customer service advisor very helpful. Her username is EM1 I had done a comparison quote on Uswitch and then rang and she ran through everything which was very helpful as some of the information I had entered on-line was incorrect. She was also able to obtain further discount for me which I thought was excellent as she could have not bothered.
I just hope that your customer service is as good once you have obtained your customers as most companies don't provide good after care service and leave you hanging on the phone for ages, please don't be like the rest.”

I don't know if it was your website or my ancient computer that was the problem but if it was my ancient computer couldn't you make your website compatible with older computers? It kept telling me my browser would not work to allow me to make a payment.”
