I had good customer service from Ashleigh Green AG3. Helpful at explaining different parts of the policy and checking information requested. Clear and polite.

I would like to say Ashley Evans AE2 , was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about my policy, she was courteous at all times and I couldn't have have asked for better. I wish everyone answered the phone like her.

Operator KB6 dealt with my renewal very swiftly and clearly, highlighted a potential small issue and offered an alternative policy (to my renewal offer) to solve it. Policy then created and documents emailed with 100% accuracy. Thank you.

Spoke to an assistant and extremely helpful and there username was LC1, very pleased with the help i had over the phone, gladly ring again for any assistance, was thinking of leaving and moving to another ins provider but cant fault the adviser i spoke to so happy to stay with yourselves and use onecall in the future. I renewed my policy this week over the phone and was dealt with by Adam Jackson (AJ5). He was clear in his communications and efficient. The main frustration was getting through as the phone lines are often very busy.

One Call is cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. Policy documents and insurance certificate are provided on line and you have to print them out, nothing is sent through the post. The company made lots of mistakes when providing me with cover, for example by not putting the correct starting date on the policy. I have never had such hassle with other car insurance providers.
