I was hung up on twice on 31/5/15 the adviser answered said hello and waited less than a second for my response before he dropped the call, oh and low and behold this was 2 minutes before 2pm, your closing time on a Sunday!! I had been on hold for 35 minutes at this stage so needless to say i was extremely angry and upset.
I was advised on the 2/6/15 my updated documents had been emailed, but all I got was an email to provide customer feedback, well lets say your customer service is rubbish!
Once my policy ends, I will not renew as I feel disheartened by your companies lack of customer skills.”
