Couldn't discuss at length at that moment, but agreed a next day telecon. Her call-back was within minutes of the agreed call-back time. That's important to me. Query-handling was generally very smooth e.g. patient explanation of detailed differences between Protected No-Claims Bonus schemes. Only needed to go on hold once to have something checked. Sum-up - Reliable, Accurate, Efficient, both in process and execution, and with a good outcome in terms of Value for Money product purchased.
One minor quibble - the speech volume/ audibility seemed slightly below par, but this may have been a line problem. It didn't affect the outcome or the understanding of what was being communicated, but listening seemed to require a bit more effort and a lot more concentration than usual.

“The lady sent to make this assessment was very helpful,polite.and apparently knew her work.The only problem came when she had to enter the loft to assess the damage.Even with some low steps she could not reach to pull down the ladder leading to the loft.I would say this was thefault of the company s for not sending a gentleman to do the necessary.
This causes problems to me since I now have to wait for another to come out to see the damage and if more rain the damage will increase.I trust someone will come soon.
