“I got the cover I was looking for except under home emergency where I was surprised to see boiler cover was not included.
I had contradicting information under contents cover. I was firstly advised valuables should be included in contents whether taken out of the home or not and then when discussing further on the phone the next day, was told the two figures were separate and not to include specified valuables in the contents figure.
