I contacted One call insurance to renew my home insurance policy. I spoke to Emma Martin who was very courteous, polite and friendly. Emma dealt with my enquiry very quickly and efficiently.

buying the insurance is ok but it takes too long to process, to long waiting for someone to answer the phone, after the phone is answered it still takes a while. KB6 was very helpfull.

The renewal of my policy was processed OK by the adviser Rebecca Thompson RT6 but I had to keep asking her to repeat things as she was talking so fast and seemed very automated.

Initial insurance policy issue so no idea how good the policy will be unless I have to claim in the future. that experience will be the test as to how good the policy is - we shall see.......

I got the cover I was looking for except under home emergency where I was surprised to see boiler cover was not included. I had contradicting information under contents cover. I was firstly advised valuables should be included in contents whether taken out of the home or not and then when discussing further on the phone the next day, was told the two figures were separate and not to include specified valuables in the contents figure. Overall competitively priced.

Jessica in the call centre was very helpful, and concise with everything she explained. Her manner was very pleasant and warming; much better than most I have dealt with before in call centres. Would definitly recommend One Call to others.

I had problems downloading the copy of the policy the pin number didn't work I telephoned you and was issued with another pin number which didn't work either .I then spoke to Maxine who said she would email e the documents which she did and I am now able to print them

I wouldn't use them again. When I upgraded by car, I was charged a great deal more and to cancel the policy was astronomical.
