I have been unable to access my insurance documents as the pin number has not worked. I have now been locked out and will have to try later. The pin number was texted to me and emailed . Also in the email to me I had to say that operator K86 spoke to me but I cannot see where I enter this information

I got my insurance through one call I tried to make a claim for a window replacement due to breakage found it impossible to communicate by phone I eventually paid for the replacement myself no one answered my phone calls i gave up & paid for it with no claim

When we phoned to renew our policy we were given a discount plus a better class of insurance. We were also given a ten pound discount off next years policy just by mentioning KB6. This is our second year of insuring with One Call and so far we have not had to make a claim,I would hope service is just as efficient when making a claim.

LH5 was very pleasant and helpful, had good product knowledge and was efficient. Communication was made less pleasant by the over amplified speaker, which was very shrill and at times almost too painful on my ears to listen to and was therefore hard to comprehend. My password sent via e-mail and text did not work, forcing me to request another password in order to access my account. The music while you wait is extremely irritating and made the wait seem much longer than it was. I'd rather listen to static than that awful music. My experience, other than those minor gripes, was first class and I would happily recommend One Call to my friends.

Expensive for my first year but having got comparison for renewal they matched other companies. Good customer service, just a little too long to wait to talk to someone. Staff has good knowledge of the product Employee reference KB6
