“The young lady MB9 did her best to correct the policy details but I find it hard to nowadays to hear everything clearly so it can prove difficult for your advisers when talking to me the only thing which would make it easier for people like me would be some sort of screen which would allow me and other customers to alter the text in the policy schedule as with me my house had the following bathrooms none this had to be altered by your adviser and sent to me via e-mail to check over so I live link could be a solution but maybe impractical.”
