“J Wines was great at getting me several orders in a timely and efficient manner. They did respond to me queries immediately when I emailed them. I would have given them the highest rating except that the shipping cost is a bit high for smaller orders.”

“shortly after submitting my order I received an email asking if I wanted to wait for a wine that was out of stock or get suggestions for another wine. I asked to wait up to week. The next day the shipment was sent with the wine I originally ordered. The service was great.”

“Very good selection, and EXCELLENT prices on some of the premium Israeli wines (Yatir, Castel, etc.) It is my "go to" place for Israeli wine. My only quibble (and it is a quibble, arising out of my predilection for wines from the Judean Hills or Shomron - the mountains, not the wine appellation of Shomron) is that we can't click on the labels to get a closer view. For my perspective, that restricts my purchases somewhat, as if I'm not sure a particular wine is from Yehuda, I won't buy it. Apart from that - this is THE place.”

“First, it took way too long for the two bottles to ship. After a week of silence, I complained online asking where is my wine? I got a response the next day and noticed that the wine did not ship until after I left the complaint. Second, two bottles of the same wine were sent as requested. The first was quite good, but the second bottle was absolutely not drinkable. The cork seemed faulty and we just couldn't drink it - it was bitter and something really wrong with it.”
