2 very friendly and professional strong young guys came and explained their process and gave me a price to haul away a heavy power recliner and a very heavy tube tv. They were were quick and efficient. A bit pricey but worth it to me. Also glad to hear they would donate the recliner and recycle the tv. Glad to not add too much to a landfill. Happy with my experience and would call again and recommend to others unable to remove their iown items. 5 star service, 4 star price.

The pickup men were good but the cost is just too high. Will look for alternatives in the future!

Overall satisfied. They were quick and thorough and even checked with me to see if I had anything else. I thought the price was maybe a "little" on the high side but compared to the time, effort and logistics for me to do it it was ok.

The service was great. I wish the company was more transparent about the pricing. I was surprised that the quote they gave me was more than 3 times of what I expected. The advertised $49 is for something small like a microwave or similar. So if you have something more I'll advise you call first and maybe that can save both parties some time.

I had some construction material that the contractor didn't dispose of. I was glad to get rid of it. I thought the cost was excessive for a pile that was nomare than 2ft. by 4ft. However, I was impressed by the your employees. They were very knd and helpful.

The gentlemen who came and hauled my junk away were a 5 out of 5. They were professional, courteous and kept me updated all day with the time they would be arriving. I did not give this company a 5 out of 5 because they are so pricey. Unbelievably pricey. I will not use them again.

Everything was great, very professional movers/haulers. The only glitch was they were over an hour past my appointment window. But they did a great job, explained the process and pricing thoroughly upfront and even went to get a second truck and finished everything despite the fact it was after 7pm when they were done. One thing I learned is that they use as much as possible for donations so that made me feel better about getting rid of so much - it wouldn’t all end up in a landfill. Would recommend this service!

The guys who came in the truck were great. They did their sales pitch well and we declined gracefully. Your website seems somewhat misleading. The 'link' for payment methods is not a link at all. I asked for a quote and got 'starts at $49'. I properly filled in all the info about my couch and it was interpreted incorrectly. Which would have cost me more money. Barkatt, the customer service rep in Ontario, tried hard to evade my questions and upsell me. However, he was really sweet but seemed to be under lots of pressure. It took 14 minutes on the phone to get an actual quote and to learn payment methods. The getting out of my house part was great. I filmed it for posterity. Overall I can give you a 7 on a 1-10 scale.
