“The guys did a great job loading the items I had for them to take and they were fast and efficient. They were friendly, courteous and professional. My complaint is I feel that I was overcharged. Because of the way they loaded and stacked everything in the truck, I don’t feel my items took up 1/2 the truck. I feel I should have been charged a lesser amount. My next door neighbor had your team at her house a few days later and she was going to be charged the same amount and she told them “no way” so her price went down by about $150. She had a Jet Ski, dryer or washer, furniture, miscellaneous and 11 bags of yard trash. Because of this I probably won’t use your services again. I think nearly $775 was too much. I gave a four star rating because the guys did a very good job and were very nice, which is also why I gave a tip.”

“Good communication throughout the entire process. Arrived at the planned time. Workers were professional and conscientious. Labor price was fair. Price of associated debris container trucks was disproportionately expensive relative to renting a dumpster which is what we decided to do. They did a great job of removing an old fallen down shed. 4 guys in about 2.5 hrs.”

“I love the idea of being able to setup a pickup last minute. Being able to get rid of bigger items is a great concept! The pricing was unexpected did not know how that worked until they arrived paying by load fill. I needed it so I didn’t change my mind but I might’ve reconsidered had I known ahead of time it was a lot of money for a small amount of not heavy stuff. They hire professional people and they are quick movers so I’ll give them that!”
“I had them come out for a mattress and box spring. The price was to high. I needed to get rid of a desk. They took that instead. Still thought the price was to high. I have no one to help me move an item like that. I took the offer. The more you have to scrap the better off you are price wise. They wanted a separate price for the mattress and box spring. My city can do this cheaper. One price both items.”
“I had a large, heavy piece of furnitue that I needed to get rid of quickly and it was easy to make an appointment online to meet my schedule. They even notified me when they were in the neighborhood so I could get it done even sooner. Brock and Steven were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. They kept me posted as to their arrival time, especially when they were delayed in traffic, which I really appreciated. However, I was shocked by the price for just that one piece of furniture and a few odd and ends. and I would not have proceeded with the removal if I hadn't needed it out of there quickly. Be sure to get more information up front as to what your removal will cost. It is a more adventageous service if you have a lot of junk to get rid of.”
