“Everything was great, very professional movers/haulers. The only glitch was they were over an hour past my appointment window. But they did a great job, explained the process and pricing thoroughly upfront and even went to get a second truck and finished everything despite the fact it was after 7pm when they were done. One thing I learned is that they use as much as possible for donations so that made me feel better about getting rid of so much - it wouldn’t all end up in a landfill. Would recommend this service!”

Your website seems somewhat misleading. The 'link' for payment methods is not a link at all. I asked for a quote and got 'starts at $49'. I properly filled in all the info about my couch and it was interpreted incorrectly. Which would have cost me more money. Barkatt, the customer service rep in Ontario, tried hard to evade my questions and upsell me. However, he was really sweet but seemed to be under lots of pressure. It took 14 minutes on the phone to get an actual quote and to learn payment methods. The getting out of my house part was great. I filmed it for posterity. Overall I can give you a 7 on a 1-10 scale.”
