I had advised the customer service rep when I made the initial appointment for 1/30/24 that there was a lot to remove. The team that day filled the truck up quickly. They offered to get another truck, but I decliend because I live in Butler and it would have been a 2 hour trip. It was already 4pm. This morning, I did not receive a call advising me the ETA 15-30 mins before the appointment time. I contacted the your office and the customer service rep was very helpful, and the team 1/31 arrived quickly. Lastly, I spent $1,516 for the 2-day job, which i agreed to. However, after the project was completed, I receive an email that included a $32 coupon! Why wasn't this provided to me on the second day? Service - 5 stars! Administration - 4 Stars!”
