“There are a few issues with their delivery system. I got an order after 2 months although the tracking was excellent and full details of tracking were updated until I received my parcel. I appreciate their customer support and they were constantly in touch with me and provided updates from time to time. I was satisfied by their service but the delivery system needs to be improved.”

They use your cash to fund their working capital without any regard for whether or not they can fulfil the order you placed with them. “This company cancels your order, then KEEPS YOUR MONEY.
They try blaming it on your bank, firstly. I then sent proof of THEIR OWN RECEIPT, they doubted that, I then sent a screenshot from my bank, that wasn’t good enough, I then had to screenshot my actual bank statement of proof of purchase, still nothing.
No product, no refund & no apology.
It’s modern day fraud”
