“This company cancels your order, then KEEPS YOUR MONEY.
They try blaming it on your bank, firstly. I then sent proof of THEIR OWN RECEIPT, they doubted that, I then sent a screenshot from my bank, that wasn’t good enough, I then had to screenshot my actual bank statement of proof of purchase, still nothing.
No product, no refund & no apology.
It’s modern day fraud”
