I took the insurance out with them and that time my spouse had a provisional licence. And eventually she got full driving licence. They renewed my policy automatically. But after a couple of months they asked me to send my documents again. (which was after 14 days cooling off period) and then spiked up my insurance by nearly twice the price. I had to pay them over £285 just to cancel my policy. What's funny is in their email they said they believe their some of the details may have changed because they came to know when I was shopping around to get a car insurance for my other car in other websites. I don't know what gave them a right to do so. And I would really like to know their defaqto ratings. Really disappointing company. I feel like I have been robbed.

They renewed my policy automatically and after 14 days cooling off period they increased my premium. Saying that some of the details have changed Basically my partner had a provisional licence and then eventually she got full driving licence. So they spiked up the prices. I had to pay them over £285 to cancel. Including admin fee and other charges. And the funny thing is they sent me an email asking me to resend my documents because they said they believe that I had put different details for a car insurance to other websites when I was shopping around for my other car to insure. I don't know what gave them right to check that out. Really disappointing. Would never recommend this company to anyone. I'd rather pay little bit more premium to other company. I felt like I was been robbed. I would really like to know their defeqto ratings.

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. Been a loyal customer for many years now. My insurance has always come down and all of a sudden its gone up £600. Ive got 4 years no claims and a clear license. Should be coming down. Spoke to renewals team and all they can say is it's because I changed my car which is ridiculous. People change cars every day. The guy on the phone wasn't helpful and was rude

Had an email a day before going on holiday to inform me my renewal date was in a months time. Got back off holiday before the renewal date and was shocked to find the money had come out of my account over a week before renewal was due. Tried to speak to someone on the phone but they were very unhelpful. Frustrated I cancelled my policy still before the renewal date but did not receive my money back. Daylight robbery!

Been with then 2.5 years for them to send an email to my spam saying my policy is cancelled. go online and it says i owe £89 which i didn't. Paid it anyway for the policy to still be cancelled.

Avoid at all costs!!! Changing premiums after the 14 day cooling off period! £150 hidden fees because of a mistake from a comparison website! Shocking customer service!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!

AVOID AVOID company asked for proof some proofs which was sent to them by email as they asked for, was contacted 5 times by them to say I hadn’t sent them in and was going to cancel my policy if they did not receive documents, after speaking to the company and telling them I had sent them in the lady said she would look and verify the proofs while I was on the phone, this went all ok but said they cannot accepted a letter from previous insurance company as proof of no claims so my payments would change from 83 a month to 163 per month also was going to charge me 75 cancellation fee if I did not send in the proofs they requested, after all this they still sent me a letter requesting the proofs, just got off the phone to them cancelled my insurance and only had to pay £9.25 strange that AVOID AVOID AVOID

Started a policy these guys as my previous insurer Direct Line, decided to increase the renewal on my car because of the risk experience for that car was high at that time of the year, just unfortunate. Anyhow these guys wanted more info, which I sent them. I have been on hold now for over 40mins, which is far too long. If I was in an accident, what would I do? POOR POOR POOR Customer service!!! Will be switching back to DD, don't care if the premiums are higher.

Didn't send out a renewal notice, also wouldn't accept notice to not renew via email. They told me to contact their online chat team ... who then told me to phone them. I would definitely not use this company again.

They do silent renewals and the customer is impossible to access. The only way I found out what my monthly payment was was through my bank statement. Had to scrap my car this week so phoned and was told that I would have to pay £116 if charges despite the fact I only have 4 months left to pay !! I also asked for a breakdown via email twice and haven’t received Don’t go near !!!!!

Stay away from this company, through out the whole year they’ve been wanting to find reasons to terminate the policy. Only after 5 months they decided to ask for proof of address, after time forcing me to provide a utility bill which i do not have as I only rent a room. So be careful if you do not have a utility bill they will attempt to cancel your policy.

I was unaware that the payment plan would be classed as a loan and therefore on my credit report. Very unhelpful was applying for a mortgage and nowhere was I told this would be the case.

Atrocious insurance company, provided dash cam footage proving other driver was in the wrong, and yet they went ahead and stitched me up. Everything is judged by the so called scripted scenarios, they have no common sense or interest in defending their customers, they do not even care to look at details on the case. ATROCIOUS SERVICE
