Well, firstly how you did does not apply. I did all the work applying online secondly. ..charging me £50 To be a customer is a bit rich honestly! Maybe instead of "everyone is charging it" you broke away from the greedy crowdo more senior customers would come your way xxx Your website was simple for a non tech pensioner like me to follow. Still, better service than Saga gave me!!..and been with them for aaaaaaaages. ..thank you

Overall completion of the policy submission form was straight forward and simple to interpret. However, I have still to actually receive a confirmation email with my welcome pack. This should have happpened twice as, due to an error screen on attempt of first payment, I ended up opening 2 policies with you. The finance team were very helpful and were quick to cancel the dupplicate policy and set up a refund, although due to this error on your website I am going to be in a financially difficult situation for the next few days until the refund comes through. In total I have only received 3 emails even with this double policy situation. There are the review email, the cancelation email, and the refund email. If the welcome email had come through as it should have, the double policy issue would have been avoided. Hopefully this is something you can look into so that others don't end up with the same issue as me. Looking forward to having you as my insurancer for the next year.

Best price on comparison sites and quick enough to take payment (instantly) but then no correspondence of any type to confirm. Could not log on to portal to check. When using chat feature was told could take up to 48 hours to take effect! Waiting with bated breath to find out if all is OK. Not very comforting so far!

The insurance itself as far as I know is pretty standard. When I bought it I was told that I should have my documents emailed within a few minutes but could take up to 24 hours, more than 48 hours later I'm still waiting.

It is my first time to heard about this company selected because of cheapest premium and defaqo rating on comparethemarket site. Bought the policy yesterday still waiting for welcome email and received this to review which I don’t appreciate however there is long way to go and can’t comment much

I’ve not had any confirmation of my purchase of insurance with you .. no email no text no post ... all I have is a bank statement telling me I’ve paid .

First time iseing 1st central as my care insurance provider couldn’t give a high rating until I have been with them for longer but so far soo good easy to use website clear information given and good but cheap price for car insurance from what I have been paying on the passed Let’s hope the customer service is better than my last provider to
