“You base your cover to drive other peoples cars on their occupation. I don’t see how that working in a warehouse would make it so I’m not able to be covered. I don’t tend to drive other people’s cars very often but as we have a baby I drive my partners car from time to time. As it’s more practical and easier with the little one, the last insurance company had no problems covering me”

“I am generally very happy with the service but had to change my address and my car recently. I asked if I could make both changes and pay one admin fee and was told that would be fine. But once I had changed my address it wouldn’t let me make other changes until I paid - so had to pay two admin fees.”

“Easy and simple to get instant car insurance. Pleasant chap on the phone when I called to cancel my old policy. However I was not happy that I had to pay £70 to get out of my old policy when I was insuring a new car with 1st Central immediately. Very very disappointing.”

“Great price on insurance quote, it makes it doable for me to be able to drive! However, I am very disappointed at the fact that I was misled completely. When I put in my quote, I put a voluntary excess of £100, compulsory is £50 and it stated that my TOTAL would be £150. After buying this insurance I find in small print in my insurance documents that there is a young persons excess of an additional £250!! There was nothing at all telling me this before I chose this policy. I am very disappointed that this was not made clear to me. So, young drivers - be aware!!”

“Good prices and a straight forward website. The only reason they don't get a 5 was due to the issues I had at the payment page. I wasn't allowed to proceed past the 4th step even though all information was added. I had to repeat the process 5vtimes”
