“Managed to navigate insuring my car on line relatively easily which is a good start. Strange thing is, as I thought about this for a few days was, when I contacted 1st Central on the phone the price was different even though the quote reference was the same number. A bit strange but let's see what happens. After reading some mixed reviews, which is pretty much the same with all insurers regardless of who they are, opted of 1st Central due to the competitiveness of the quote. Hopefully never have a need to claim and let's see how it goes.”

“Communication isn't great, get put through to several people to solve a problem that wasn't even my fault not to mention the cost of the calls when your on hold forever!”

“The only criticsm I have is seeing the premium for my car insurance increase by £150 overnight! I had obtained a quote in the evening, saved it and called the next day to purchase it. The fact it still represented better value than my exisiting policy was the reason I proceeded. I would have scored you maximum points had someone tried to honour the previous quote. It remains to be seen as to whether I renew in 12 months from now. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the way thwe process was professionally handled.”

“I have renewed with 1st Central this year. I would have liked the opportunity to add no claims protection to my policy online. I rang to see if I could get this cover the day after my renewal began and was told this was not possible which is extremely disappointing to say the least.”
