My only gripe I guess you can call it,is on confused.com this particular insurance was just over £600 and it had all the ticks across the board saying that I got car hire, legal cover and so on,but when I went on to your site via confused I had to add the car hire etc so it turned out to be very confusing on my part and also about £70 more expensive. Can we have a bit of clarity on price

I was quite annoyed that your letter said I wasgetting an insurance offer unique to me and my loyalty to you and yet I went online and got a price with you cheaper? Also y can't ur guys pricematch ur own insurance quote when the one online is also urs? Staff dealing with me were really good though and told me u already know about this problem but yet it is not fixed?Please get in touchwith me to discuss?

Competitive price. Straightforward online process to initiate the car insurance policy. However, as with all insurance companies it is no possible to provide a constructive assessment (feedback scoring) untill their customer services are required for any reason: making a claim etc.

I received confirmation emails quickly although there were lots of them and I haven't received my paperwork yet.

The quote I was originally offered wasn't available when I went to pay for my insurance, it had inexplicably risen by nearly £20 which the call centre staff were not able to explain why. Was still the lowest quote though.

twice I had two payments taken from my direct debit instead if one ,the second time it happened the direct debit was cancelled and the insurance was cancelled leaving me at work without any insurance .I then had to pay a fee because the insurance finished before the end of the term of contract but it wasnt my fault ,they shouldnt of taken twice the payments out if my bank,this also left me in a mess.I then had to quickly find alternative insurance to cover me straight away so I could get to work.Again I ended up having to pay money out .Overall this insurance ended up costing me a lot of money and inconvenience and many phone calls trying to sort there mistakes out.Not recommended.

i made the fateful mistake of forgetting my password. I cannot access my documents now, the link I've been sent doesn't work and as is usual with companies these days trying to actually speak to a human is impossible. I too am a busy person, consequently I don't have endless time to spare trying to get in contact.

You cancelled my first insurane because although I paid on the day, my DD wasnt set up thus causing you to cancel my insurance AND NOT PAYING ME BACK the payment I paid, then having the cheek to ask for a £20 odd pound payment for non DD setup, then sending it to a Debt collector to collect. In reality YOU OWE ME MONEY, not the other way around. So the service is Poor. I explained this to one of your memebers of staff and they said it would be taken care of (BUT reality is it hasnt)

Bought my car insurance online and although it seemed like a smooth transaction I still prefer to talk to someone on the phone and to get my insurance papers sent to me through the post.

Absolutely terrible insurance company. They were great right up until the moment you have an accident that isn't your fault and they turn very rude and uncaring. My car was taken for repair on the initial basis that until the third party claimed responsibility, the accident was my fault. My car then went missing! No one could tell me where my car was, I've rang up so many times only to be put on hold for over 30 minutes EVERYTIME nearly. Cost me £200 in phone bills, which they said they would reimburse me with and I still haven't received anything. This happened in December of 2014. I made so many complaints and heard nothing until April where they apologised for being late getting my car back to me (when really they couldn't find it) and compensated me with a grand total of £40. They also deemed my car a write off and offered me £4200 for it, which I refused and asked to buy my car back off of them, which should only be 10% of the value they offer you (£420) but they refused, saying I had to pay £2000 for it! At this point the third party stepped in and accepted liability (finally!) and repaired it for £1500 at a ford approved garage. Absolutely the most stressful thing I've ever dealt with in my life, a terrible insurance company. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Not heard of this insurer and found them on Confused. Com great cheap price and reluctantly purchased to cover my new X5 at half the price being offered by other providers. Must admit a bit nervous, but let see time will tell. Being regulated by the FCA does give some assurance of their credibility.

Yes good but i was with u anyway my renewal came tho and i went on compare. Com and found u were cheaper by $30.00 so i had to cancel my renewal and go through compare . Com odd way of saving money? Wen i spoke to 1st centre the rep told me that is the way it is so next year i will have to do the same thing strange way to do business
