“They need to be aware of what they are offering on line as my renewal was more than I found with them on line.”

Hello, Thank you for your review. If all the details match the previous years policy, then any renewal quote would be the same as a new business quote. If an excess is amended or any add ons are removed, this could amend the price. We're happy to heat you was able to find a new policy with us competetive. “Easy to organise and set up policy last year. Took one star off as there was no way to pay online at renewal and as the phones were closed I had to set up a new policy. The five stars for service received was based on 2021 policy.”

“Quick & efficient online service; the link with comparethemarket didn't work well... lost on 3 attempts!! Quote was v competitive & terms sensible. Valuation of car over the top otherwise clear & good. Have changed from Direct-line to yourselves because of price & link to RAC”
