“Renewing my car ins. and noticed an increase in my Fee for third year running. Completed an applic. on moneysupermarket and received a quote £100 less for same cover at 1st Central.”

“Insured with 1st central last year for the first time last year and found them very helpful. My renewal came through this year so I decided to do an online search. 1st central came through £40.00 cheaper on a comparison site than renewal price. They were not the cheapest on the comparison site but decided to renew with them again. It just seems a shame they cannot look after existing customers.”

“I'm a little upset because when I chose car insurance, I looked if it was included in case of accident and my injury as a driver, at first it was but at the end after collecting the money it appeared to me that the person inside is not insured in case of accident”
