“I completed my car insurance on-line. It was easy and straight forward. The only thing was that I was logged out twice because I was not quick so the time expired. I guess this was for security purposes. Their quotes were reasonable as compared to my precious insurers. My start date is Feb 2021 and I believe my journey with 1st Central will be smooth.”

“very good service overall, already a customer of theirs and found a quote online cheaper than my current policy. They would not alter premium accordingly, disappointed by this. Otherwise good policy and good customer service.”

“1st Central it's great and our contact was very helpful. However I don't understand why the renewal price it's much more expansive than a price for a new customer. Apparently you reward qn existing customers. We had to cancel the renewal and set up another policy and this is a waste of everyones time. You need to improve on your loyalty to customers.”

“The first agent I was given was Not at all helpful, and in desperate need of further training. Started the telephone call fine, then lost interest. However, I’m so pleased I rang back and received another agent, who was pleasant, extremely polite, took the time to explain things and all my question. He was amazing and I would like to thank him so much for his time and I do appreciate everything he did. May be especially during these extremely difficult times we all just need and little kindness and help.”
