“I got several quotes for the headlamp with a wide range of prices. I phoned the two lowest quotes: 07034713257: The male responder did not want to know about your ref no, then quoted me a price of £90 (up from £60) and basicaaly was very inefficient. 07034711298: Quote of £68.40. The responder did take the ref no, but then said he would phone me back in 5 minutes. Still waiting. I turned to another means to get the headlamp and it was cheaper than any of our quotes. While your system may be good on most occasions, you should better vet your client dealers, especially no .1 above. Paul Kennedy”

“I received what i wanted, a few online quotes but i also received a load of unwanted and relentless phone calls after ticking the box to say no phone contact on the website. The phone just wouldn't stop ringing on the morning after my online enquiry and being a delivery driver in a vehicle this was incredibly annoying and potentially dangerous but i never answer the phone whilst driving anyway. If i request NO phone contact on an option listed on the website i expect people to accept this fact and do what I've asked of them.”

“This is the first time I have used 247 spares, and the response I received was excellent but I was to eager and responded to the first call I received on my mobile the price I was quoted was £40 + vat no mention whatsoever of £10 postage, so I am deeply disappointed to find I have been charged a total of £60 when I was expecting to it to be £48. even more annoying is the fact that I received a call shortly after from someone only a few miles away from my post code who offered me one for £ 35 if I collected it from him. So I will try and contact the supplier and put it to them but I don't feel I will have any joy. But overall I would use 247 spares again, but be a bit more careful who I deal with. At this time I am still waiting for my part to be delivered, hope I am not disappointed.”

“I orderes my part on Thursday10th October. No delivery as yet on Saturday 12th. Delivery was suppose to be 1 day”
