“received multiple quotes with varied amounts and no clear way to find out whgich one was correct, also could not log in with quote details as it gave access denied, no follow up from someone to see if I needed any help.”

“Where finding products is good the fact that you have to give your phone number, and are then inundated with phone calls is way to much. Would be much better if you find the products but give details for contacting them, so we can do so as and when we are ready”

“having requested a quotation from 247spares, I was very pleased with the quick response, and indeed the prices quoted, however I was confused by the similarity of the mobile telephone numbers submitted with each qoute from suposedly different suppliers as this led me to be suspicious of the validity of the deals that were on offer. Resulting in me not following them up!!!”

“Quotes slow in comming then prices extortionate especially the p and p after all I only wanted parcel shelf strings not a heavy object they wanted around the £7.00mark”

“The cost of postage is extreme in most cases. The cost of a mirror is also too much. I have found one on line for a lot less than any quoted with no postage. Please delete me from your site. Thank you. P. Simon”

“No one phoned me back after my request, I gave my number 01606-47193 and was expecting a call. I am sure it was a mistake and would like a call to see if you could help me getting the part I need. this is not a complaint and I am sure you will be in touch very soon, I will look forward to your call and your help. “I don't like the 070 numbers which are all similar for different Part suppliers. I also don't like being directed to an automated system; that is the worst thing that you can do!”

“wouldnt use 247 spares again. Sent me a diffrent part from what i asked for. gave a call, not very helpfull about sorting the problem over the phone, seem very moody to talk to! So now im stuck with something i never asked for...”

“i was given details of a part i needed very quickly. my partner phoned a few days later to order the part and pay. everything was going through until he asked about the 6 months warranty i was offered and all of a sudden the part had sold the day before”

“I ordered a part from supplier sr1272 for my toyota. on Tuesday 25th and was told delivery would be thursday. but it's now Friday evening and no sign of delivery. Tried phoning, no answer Looks as if i will have to order elsewhere.”

“You have to phone regarding the parts there is no facility to email and the phone charges are extremely high to the tune of £6 per minute. Not good.”

“To say poor, is not really accurate or fair. We had 4 good quotes within a very short time. The problem was, that the number given for contacting the sellers wouldn't work for us - we are in France, and all we got when we dialled the number was an American voice saying "no route" ! I then tried on several occasions to call the company number given on the website. I was told each time that the waiting time would be 10 minutes and that I was number 4 in a queue. After I had held on for 10 minutes, I was still being told it would be another 8 or 9 minutes. Too expensive for calling from France! Very frustrating.”
