“It was good to get a quote for the spares I was searching for but what I did get annoyed with was the 8 emails 4 text messages, 3 telephone calls and a call to my work line the next day! Far too much chasing, I didn't need the spare part in the end but you or your partner companies hounded me constantly for 24 hours afterwards. Definitely not impressed”

“The person I spoke to was brill to start with...the price was fine etc!....then I asked him would it be best if I gave him the gear box number to make sure it would be compatible!!..he said yes & that he would ring me back when he'd checked it!!!..that was last Thursday!!!..not good business!!!!!!”

“Had a few calls and brought at gearbox with a promise of Thursday delivery, phoned on Friday say it will not be delivered until Monday. Need car for work so not happy.”

“had 3 replies and 2 phone calls. One wanted silly money for delivery and then vat on top. the other was reasonable on cost and said he would get back to me with colour of door - he hasn't!”

“contact from third party very quick (couple of hours) asked for comfirmation to be sent by email they said no problem this will be sent by 247 spares two days later still nothing ??????”

“The people that I dealt with are rude and have no customer care don't think I found it helpful to deal with them. One cut the phone on me, it was so frustrating.”

“I searched for a part and then received several emails with a reference, price and phone number. Every time I rang the telephone number the call immediately ended and I was unable to speak to anyone and order the part. I found the part elsewhere and collected it the same day.”

“not very good as the traders add to much on to price its cheaper to get anywhere else as it half the price trader's want on this site”

“Email responses were quick, and that's when it stopped. I phoned one contact three times couldn't get through, so on the last attempt left name and number for their call back service, nothing. Phoned again 2/3 hours later spoke to someone, discussed the parts and the price, gave him several part numbers off the old part, as requested, and he was going to go away and investigate and would ring me back shortly. It's now 4.45pm some 3 hours later, no call. I don't feel inclined to ring an expensive 0703 number for the fifth time, so stuff the parts and stuff the system. I shalln't recommend or us this site again. Very disappointed.”

“Service was poor. I didn't recieve item when expected and after enquiring discovered that it had not been sent due to some pillock forgetting to charge vat and delivery. Instead of informing me they just waited until I phoned them at my expense. Also, be warned that the phone number they provide is a premium rate number. It cost me £13 to place my order!”

“I thought I was getting a quote from a supplier for fuel onjectors whereas I was on fact being connected to a network of breakers yards who bombardment with emails thAt I do not want This is a misleading and dishonest website and I will not use it again”
