“I wanted to get a bike for my grandson's 5th birthday so I went online to see what was available, and I found 99 Bikes online sizing chart really helpful before I put in my online order, and when I went to collect at the Mt Roskill branch the team were really friendly and helpful.”

“Not the best service for our Road bike. Had to take it back as it wasn't done right the first time. After the 2nd time I noticed the new chain they lut on had slack in it, took it to a different bike shop and they took 5 links out the chain!!!!!!. I won't be taking our bikes there again unfortunately.”

“Terrible experience.
I dropped my bike off for a service.
I got a call to say it was ready to collect.
I collected my bike and paid for the service. When I got home I inspected the bike and found that nothing had been done to it.
I dropped it back off and explained the situation.
The mechanic apologies and said he would do the service for me. Only to find out the next day that one of the wheels that I wanted to be fixed wasn’t something that 99 could do and would have to take to another bike shop to sort.
Total waste of time.
Visited the shop 3 times to come away with nothing.”
