“Way too long to get a bike that was available in sydney, i had to call several times customer service to finally have a competent guy on the phone that has done all his possible to get the bike delivered 2 days after. But it took more than 2 weeks instead 3 days. I will never order to 99bikes again”
“The bike is wonderful, my son loves to ride it. But the brakes were a problem from the start ... the wired aluminium contraption is not integrated in well to pull brake pads. They broke in less than a week of purchase... 99 bikes did repair it all for free. But the hassle to go back and also the extras for it could be avoided.”
“I went in to collect my online order. I bought a di2 cable EW-SD50 and I was given an EW-SD300 cable instead. Despite me telling the customer service rep this is not the product I ordered, he insisted it was the correct product number as detailed on your 99bikes label on the front of the box. And said verbatim ‘this is what you bought and it is yours to keep, thank you’ After we caused a scene, customer rep realised the store had mislabeled the product between EW-SD50 and EW-SD300 and gave me the correct cable I needed. As it is so clearly printed on the Shimano’s box and my online invoice.”

Justin did not put us under any pressure to buy and very happy to explain all the various models were interested in. The big bonus, compared with other stores we went to, that there were various models to try and available in varying sizes so we could get the fitting correct. Plus I had done a click and collect for a Yakima bike carrier, that went super smooth as well.”
