I have to say that their customer service is top notch for two main reasons. 1 Fast shipping with easy tracking. 2 If you have a problem they are very fast to respond and know their products so as giving you good advice on what you are after. 3 Their return and refund policy is great no interrogation to customers on why they want to return product fast replacement or refund. I have to say this is what a customer needs a hassle free transaction. I have to say customer service department is what let down most business. Keep up 99 bikes”

It has been quite difficult for us to figure out the correct way to fit it.
