“Ordered a wheel that was clearly described as being an 'AlexRims' wheel. Received a wheel made by 'Jalco'. Not only that, the wheel still had the tag from a different online shop attached, showing a price about half what I had paid. I recommend avoiding these guys unless you are desperate or cannot get what you need elsewhere.”
“The product I bought online a Yakima Fold Click 3 is something that really should be purchased in store, so they can show you how to fit it. It has been quite difficult for us to figure out the correct way to fit it. Every person I've dealt with cycles but they are extremely welcoming to any person that shops with them. Their products go from cheap and cheerful right up to what an enthusiast would use. I use their joondalup store a lot but I've also shopped at their Osborne park and Morley stores”

The young man a as very polite & helpful. Once picked up in the shop at Burleigh all staff were very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend.”
