“Second purchase and again Richard was amazing. Did a click and collect and wanted it held until we could get to the store and he kept us informed the whole way through and delivered with style. Thanks again Richard.”
“This was always going to be a long difficult assignment but Andrew kept me posted at all times and completed the service and upgrade very well. Highly recommended.”
“I purchased shoes and pedals for my mountain bike. The service and knowledge at the Bentleigh store was excellent. 99bikes matched a competitive price which I was happy about as I prefer to buy local.”
“The online team honoured a legitimate competitor for this purchase which was great because I always prefer to buy from 99bikes because they have multiple stores rather than the competition who are located only in one location and ship out orders!”
“Staff went out of their way to obtain stock from another store at no additional cost, so that I could click and collect from the store most convenient for me.”
