Unfortunately due to COVID I couldn't come into the store to ask questions but my emails were answered promptly and I was very happy with the service. Ordered my bike as it was ready almost a week earlier than anticipated. They were also out of stock of the particular bike lock I wanted so upgraded me to a better model at no extra charge. A really great experience from start to finish and I will definitely use 99 Bikes again.”
