“Hi Team A huge shout out to Lachlan at 99 Bikes - Ryde! I was having significant difficulties fitting some new Continental Gatorskin tyres I purchased (I'd spent 3hrs trying to fit them) and Lachlan offered to fit them for me. Firstly, the man is a machine. He had both tyres fitted and ready to go in 5 minutes, I'm not sure how that is humanly possible. Secondly, really appreciate him taking the time to show me how to fit the tyres myself, so that I hopefully don't find myself in the same predicament again. Really appreciate the help. Cheers”

“I found the staff very polite and helpful over the phone and really liked the quick and efficient CLICK & COLLECT service. I also appreciated how quickly they were able to schedule me in for repairs for my eBike and get me back out cycling during the COVID lockdown period. Most of all the work carried out on my bike was very good and I was pleasantly surprised at the minimal rate they charged for repairs. I originally purchased my eBike from 99Bikes in Alexandria but am now delighted I only have to travel to Carlton to get the same great service.”
