“Awesome products. We got 2 scooters one for 4yo and other for 10yo. Customer care was great enough to suggest me choose best one depending on need explained and got delivery well in time. My kids loved them. Tha k you for your amazing service.”
“I prefer to visit stores in person, but couldn't do so due to lockdown. Searched online for suitable products and used the real-time availability feature to see what they had in stock in my local store. Placed an online order for Click and Collect, and was pleasantly surprised that it only took 20-30 minutes to receive the "ready to collect" notification.... plenty of other businesses could learn a lot from that! Collection process was simple and seemed very COVID-safe, I phoned the store once I arrived outside (as instructed), they asked some ID verification questions and then a staff member came out and left my goods on an outdoor table while I stood well back. Well done 99 Bikes on great customer service that minimises the impact of lockdown.”
“First time buyer from 99 Bikes and happy with the ease of finding what i was after, the great price, the checkout process. Delivery was quick too. Would recommend.”
“I have bought several items from 99 Bikes (eg. Wahoo Kickr, sensors, and multiple pairs of Shokz headphones for friends and family). Some were on sale or discounted and I got some items at great prices. Excellent service always. Knowledgeable staff.”
