“I made an online purchase of a front light for my mountain bike, and a light set for my road bike. The ordering process was straightforward, with great communication from 99 Bikes. Great prices, and shipping was fast, and overall a great purchase experience. I had purchased items from this business previously, and I will use again in the future.”
“This is based on two visits, first to collect my daughter's bike ordered online and while there, try out bikes for my son. Very helpful staff assisted. Second was earlier today to put the $50 voucher from above bike purchase towards new pair of bike shoes. Different staff member, again most helpful.”
“Went in looking for a mountain bike, found the best customer experience one could ask for; I couldn't be happier with this store and their employees.”
