“Hi I recently bought a bike from your Lidcombe store. After one week the bike had issues. We were told to bring the bike in and book an appointment so we can fix the bike. We did. We were told that they are fully booked out until January. There was no reassurance. No customer service. No nothing. I am very disappointed. “I placed a click and collect order and tried to call the store before leaving home 120kms away to ensure it could be brought to the car boot as i had two small children on board and the weather was horrendous. The phone rang out several times. I finally got through to the workshop and they went off to connect me to the store. End of story. Never connected. I rang 17 times on my way along the highway. No answer. Finally got on to the workshop again and they said Yes they'd bring it to the car boot. Very frustrating. Staff told me they were short staffed. Maybe put a message on your phone if you can't pick up every call. First world issue of course. Very happy with the eventual delivery and swift pleasant service. Product looks to be great quality.”
“Sales process was efficient and detailed information was provided on the different models available within my budget - good sales experience. The only negative was that the derailleurs were adjusted prior to leaving the shop, but upon the first ride, they were significantly out of adjustment. Whilst it is not a major issue for me as I can adjust the cable tension, other customers may not be as capable. I recommend more time & care is taken in ensuring the bike is ready for trouble-free riding upon sale.”

“A great 2 bike carrier! Assembly instructions were a bit obscure and could challenge some owners. Securing the bikes for the first time is fiddly but once a system is established it becomes easier & faster to do. Only concern is the durability of the plastic number plate frame as it must be removed when storing the folded carrier. The best bit is it’s light weight & compact design.”
