“Ordered 2x front tyres for my car. Went to the garage to have them fitted on 28th July - in the process of fitting, the garage badly damaged my left front alloy in two separate places (even though this was a BC approved fitter).
Complained to Black Circles the same day with before/after pictures showing the extent of the damage - 12 days later, literally zero progress has been made.
Absolutely awful customer service - constantly being palmed off to one person or another, no resolution, no accountability. Minimal response to my emails, nobody really seems to care that I've spent £600 on tyres and had my pride and joy damaged in the process.
I've asked on numerous occasions to please be given an update on my case - all I've received is generic emails stating they're 'looking into it'. 'Beyond a joke' doesn't even begin to describe my circumstances.
Awful service from a loyal buyer - won't be shopping here again.”
“Ordered my tyres online was booked into a garage when I arrived at garage they broke a couple of nuts said I would need to go buy new ones when I went and bought some they said didn't have time to do them so I rang black circle and they said they would get a t s on Saturday to fit them sat all day and nobody turned up no phone call or anything stay well clear”
“Ordered tyres on 21/06 with fitting booked on 23/06. Garage called to say they don't have the tyres, Black Circles says the garage can't take the booking as they're busy. AVOID THESE TIMEWASTERS. I paid for a service which was not delivered. Emailed customer service, spoke to them over the phone too, nobody has a clue of the status, no updates provided. Meanwhile, I can not drive my car, huge inconvenience.”
“Awful experience. Please pick someone else because if something goes wrong they will keep promising to fix it but won’t deliver. Engineer damaged my car. Took over 3 weeks to get a resolution after countless hours on the phone and promises of call backs from supervisor. Time wasted waiting for engineers to come out who never turned up. Even had to take my car to another garage after everything because they will didn’t come to a a solution. Was left at the garage to pay the invoice even though I was told by the deputy training manager Michael that he would take care of it. Promised I’d have my money back by the end of the day which I didn’t. Haven’t heard back from him since after putting in a subject access request many times and still waiting for a refund which isn’t likely to come. Honestly choose somewhere else.”
“They cancelled my booked appointment twice, then when they did finally fit the tyres I'd paid for, they damaged the alloy wheels. They have refused to repair this damage so I am now going through a section 75 claim on my credit card.”
“Ordered my motorcycle tyres on the 3rd, and they said delivery would be on the 6th. No delivery was made so I contacted them a few days later. Was promised I'd get a call back with an answer, didn't happen. Called them again, another promise was made, again they didn't call me. I then had an email off them saying they had tried to call me and tried twice to make delivery. All false claims, unfortunately for them I have a Ring video door bell and I know how to check my phone call logs. Trying to now get a refund, they clearly have no intention of sending my tyres or telling the truth.”
“Cancelled appointments on the day TWICE, right before I was about to leave. Called the garage and the customer service desk the day before who assured me it was all planned and ready to go … to be cancelled right before because the tyres weren’t there both times. I’ve asked for a full refund, shocking. Don’t bother”
“Had tyres fitted,while at the garage looked online and protyre could offer 5pounds per tyre cheaper for the same make and size , black circle would not refund the difference,do not use this company.”

The chosen garage broke the TPMS sensor on my car and claim it was pure concidence. When I raised it with BC they promised to investigate but just decided to agree with the garage. Offered to look into a goodwill gesture but stopped responding after I submitted invoices etc for the replacement that I had done elsewhere (and at a fraction of the cost the partner garage had quoted)
At least I've now found an honest and reliable tyre fitter meaning I will never have to use Blackcircles again.”
“Paid for two tyres at a good price. Secured a booking for figment this morning, had to travel far for this booking.
Arrived to find the tyres had not arrived, no one let me know and I can’t reach black circles on the phone.
Have no idea when the tyres will arrive if at all.
This is bad business”
“Just doing some due diligence - asking some basic questions. After 10 days, get an email that avoids answering all 3 questions with this statement, "We don't have any specific rules for any specific tyres. You can find all these details on our website Blackcircles.com ". In other words, I am not going to say anything in writing. This is a clear case of 'Too good to be true', there is a reason they advertise/offer the cheapest price online. As the saying goes, 'buyer beware'.”
“Would be a good way to get tyre's of your choice if they delivered the tyre's on time. 2 cancelled appointments because only one tyre delivered , only when I contacted the garage of my choice that I got real help they took my number as soon as tyre's delivered they phoned me and had them fitted within the hour. So blackcircle you need to improve a fair bit and this would be the best way of getting the tyre's of customer choice.”
“I Bought four tyres, but they sent only three. Did not tell me they were sending only three, and one was held up as they did not have it in stock while. This caused my car to be stuck at the wheel repair shop for two days and was inconvenience for both me and the wheel repair shop.”
“Terrible service, ordered 2 x tyres on the Tuesday , was given time slot that Friday afternoon at 2.15pm. Went to garage, fitter took my 2 front wheels off, took a tyre off then discovered the tyres that were ordered had not been delivered to the garage !!! He had to put tyre back on, then the wheels. Went home ,was on the phone for 30 +mins to someone who could hardly speak english, demanded full refund. Received email on the Friday stating refund would be in my account on the Monday. Now late Tuesday afternoon and still no refund. Customer service shocking. I will NEVER use this mob again and will urge others to avoid at all costs.”
“Awful service, 2 of the 4 tyres didn’t turn up for the fitting slot. Nobody interested in helping after hours of phone calls given a slot 2 days later only to find tyres still haven’t arrived!! Now given some nonsense about supply issue. Still hasn’t been sorted out! Originally the local garage had a delivery note for the tyres but not the actual tyres”
“The last 3 purchases from Blackcircels have been poor service the last purchase made they sent the wrong size of tyre and to date still haven't received a refund a week later the company is that bad I won't be dealing with them again and advise others to stay clear.”
