I've bought from this company 4 tires and I have received only 2. Courier said I will have the next day the rest.I had to wait to next week because this company is not interested to have a good reputation and didn't do something to fix the problem. The problem was next week mean Monday I had to travel to Europe and I had to reschedule my trip after I will received the items. I will definitely not recommend this Company to anyone. Baaaad services

Take your money somewhere else. Since they took my money I've heard nothing back from them apart from a text message telling me they'd sent me an important email (which to this moment they have not!) I called the "fitting garage" earlier - they didn't have my already purchased tyres and did not have me booked in for tomorrow (10-12-22) I "spoke" with their "online chat" which told me I could expect a response in 2 - 5 working days!!! Utterly disgraceful !!! 100% p*ssed off and definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND...!!! -10/10

Appalling. Took full payment for a booking for which I had rearranged work commitments and then e-mailed me 30 minutes later telling me that they would not honour the slot that I had booked. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Terrible customer service. My tyres didn’t arrive at the garage and no one contacted me until after I dropped my car off. Avoid at all costs Use ASDA tyres

I've been using Asda tyre service for years, thought I'd give blackcircles a try. I'm left regretting this decision. Having payed for and booked my tyres with a local garage a few days ago, I received an email request this morning for me to reschedule, fair enough these things happen. Booked the next available slot using the link provided. Only to have been told half an hour later that my 2nd slot was also unavailable and I'd have to reschedule for next week. After asking the person I was corresponding with to check with the garage that they hadn't double booked me or made a mistake or something along those lines as this seemed quite unusual.. the person I was corresponding with gave no response to this and just said I'll need to choose a date next week. To this I responded, next week is not much use to me unfortunately, what are my options? I.e Can I book into another garage this week or get a refund? Etc. No response. 6 hours later someone else replies and just says, again.. I'll have to reschedule for next week. Really disappointing customer service, I'm still left up in the air as to what is happening with my booking. I've requested a refund now due to the frustration and no doubt will have to waste another day chasing them up again tomorrow. AVOID and use local garages directly.

Same old story as the rest of the reviews on here. Turn up for fitting, no tyres delivered, get the run around from them for over 2 weeks. Requested a refund only to be told they can't process it until the tyres have been returned to the depot! So where exactly are these tyres?

Well well well Blackcircles.com word of advise warning, do not use this company, total waste of time, after I placed an order for two tyres to be fitted at a selected garage of choice, order was placed on the 14-11-22, I selected for fitting to be done on the 16-11-22, received email advising no availbilty at selected garage on the 16-11-22 and to please re schedule appointment, offering an appointment on the 17-11-22, didn’t suit me so I rescheduled appointment for 19-11-22 at 1pm, all confirmed, I arrived at selected garage at 12:30pm for my 1pm appointment on the 19-11-22, to be told by garage that no Tyres have been delivered to said garage and no confirmation of booking either, so I’ve wasted my time and fuel travelling Over 15 miles to the garage, I would t advise using mismanaged with a very poor service. Made call in disappoint and asked for a full refund that will take 3-5 days? was soon to take money from me though, but takes 3-5 day to refund! Total waste of anybodys time, Steer clear of black circles, excuse the pun!

Used to be great, ordered from them numerous times. This time - shocking. Put back time and time again. 2 weeks later I've had enough and cancelled the order.

Ordered 4 tyres for delivery as I want my known & trusted local garage to fit them. They were very quick to take the money with an "Estimated" next day - then when the order is accepted and they send an Invoice it becomes clear as to their lack of service. The invoice states in bold "Please Note: We are unable to provide any notifications, tracking information or time slots related to deliveries." To try to see what I can find out (as today is their "Estimated " delivery date.... I first login to my account on their website to see the status of my order (it has no information... i can't even tell if it has been shipped). Next I try to use the Chat facility on their website - this actually isn't a Chat facility as there is nobody on the other end of the robot... it just records your information and sends their Customer Service team a message (then saying they usually respond within 2 days). So, I am blind and they basically disown any responsibility for the delivery aspect i have paid for. As with most people in this hectic world, I don't have time to sit at home day after day just on the off chance they may try a delivery - I will never use again.

I had ordered x2 michelin tyres to be delivered to garage and be fitted 01/11/22...my fiance goes to garage for 11.50am to find out courier had collected tyres so cant be fitted...all paid for and the customer service team can only apologise and said we can have them redelivered for friday 4th and fitted 16.30pm..phones blackcircles this morning and they say sorry sir were still investigating..let me speak to manager and the likely story not able to transfer you sir..full refund please...absolute disgrace..now i have to get prices elsewhere

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! They tried to fob us by not putting the correct tyres on our car even though we paid for special tyres, they put a cheaper version on the car. When we escalated it to the "complaints team" they just ghost you. It's been 2 weeks and we have still not had a resolve. They make you go through a 3rd party company who tell you someone will call you back yet they never do. There is no official number to contact blackcircles so you have to go through the 3rd party company who can't even tell you when someone will return a call, or even escalate the issue. It's honestly the most frustrating system. Please do not use this company!! If I could give them no stars I would

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Wouldn't use again. Ordered on a Wednesday. Paid for 24-hour delivery of tyre. Tyre didn't turn up on Thursday so was left without a car. Phoned their customer service, couldn't tell me when tyre would arrive (actually said to me "it should be there by Friday" after paying for 24-hour delivery), couldn't provide tracking number, didn't provide any email or text updates. Nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Used Blackcircles have two new rear tyres fitted to my BMW on 19/9/2022, by North East Auto Service Chester-le-Street. The tyres have deflated on 3 separate occasions due to poor sealing at the rim and tyres had been gouged at the rim during fitment (picture) also a tyre pressure sensor had been broken and poorly "taped" up (picture), North East Auto Service Chester-le-Street refusing to fix and claims they are now "out of warranty". Tony is now ignoring my emails - cheers North East Auto Service Chester-le-Street won't be using them again.

Mail ordered some Contisport contact 5's. Full set. Came bang on time. Quick delivery. Checked the tyres thoroughly before signing for. All tyres made the same week and year so all matched and brand new . Very pleased.

Placed order paid all good 3hrs later email saying reschedule fitting, chose the next day , all ok. Turned up at fitting station only to find no tyres had been delivered. Fitter said forth time this week black circle s had screwed up with customers orders, a complete waste of my time and petrol. Very unsatisfied customer.

Paid £170 for 2 x Michelin Pilot sport tyres to be fitted & tracking etc done. Asked garage to check balancing told all was ok. ONLY 2896 miles later both front tyres are totally bald and illegal for use on road on the outside edges (Michelin states tyres should be good for 20,000 + miles). Contacted Blackcircles to be told it was due to “wheel miss alignment” told them I paid them to ensure they were NOT miss aligned. The receipt shows “Fitting all inclusive” yet they say it’s not down to them. I went to “professionals” looking to receive a professional service and this is what happened. What else could I have done to prevent this happening?

Paid for 4 tires booked an appointment on the day and get an email the day before fitting saying the garage can’t fit me in and I need to rearrange. I’ve already changed my work commitments to suit the fitting and now have to explain to my manager I need to change again after they have sorted cover! This isn’t good enough I have tyres that need changing ASAP as it was flagged in an MOT

Ordered tyres from back circles middle of August, 2 days prior to the fitting date get an email saying the tyres I ordered are not in stock (no indication as such on the website, and still giving me the option to purchase them). Anyway they offered to change me to another brand of tyre for the same sort of price, and changed my fitting date, the day before the rescheduled fitting date i get an email saying the tyres are delayed and the new fitting day is 2 weeks from the 2nd scheduled one. have tried to talk to customer service multiple times, i find them unhelpful and rude. my new fitting date is new 5 weeks after my original order date, how is that acceptable. Wont be using them again and wouldn't recommend them, currently requesting a refund and will go to a local tyre shop.

Appalling service! Placed an order 5 days prior to the scheduled fitting date. At 4pm the day before the fitting I was notified by email that the tyre had not been delivered and there would be a delay of at least another 4 days. Meanwhile, BC had taken my money, no one answers the phone, and claiming a refund is ridiculously difficult. I should know better though as I had this problem with them 4 years ago. Be warned, and avoid.

Failed to fulfil what was sold on-line tyres not delivered in time for booked appointment, happy to take your money. Customer service dreadful never got promised call back and wait ages to get through. Rude person on my call. Couldn’t guarantee anything and had no confidence in them. Overall never again ,
