“Bought 2 front tyres from blackcircles and was fitted and tracking done by a parner garage. After 12.000 miles after visit a local garage I had to buy new tyres same day because of poor tracking my tyres had inside wear of both sides. - blackcircles blame me about, very poor complain service and they don’t care about clients!
Not recommend to buy from them if You want to loose money because nobody will care about You after!
4 days call everyday to customer service and everyday they promise someone from complain department will call me and they just sent email and at the end blame me!”
“Blackcircles use to be efficient and I was 100 % happy on previous occasions but they don't appear to be the same company. Very poor service. They were quick to take the money. Canceled fitting appointment several times stating that there was a delay sourcing the tyres but in fact they had sent the wrong tyre to the garage several times. Won't be using again.”
“Absolutely useless, from what I can understand BlackCircles will happily take your money even if your chosen and paid for tyres aren’t available in stock. My fitting appointment was cancelled by BlackCircles and I was asked to rebook, no information as to the reason, very inconvenient. Rang my selected garage to find out what was happening, advised only one tyre had been delivered, having ordered two, what was the point in delivering one I have no idea. Contacted BlackCircles customer services via email took over 72 hours to get a reply, woeful delay and f#cking annoying to be honest, having been inconvenienced. Had tyres fitted elsewhere in the meantime due to having no communication. Don’t waste your time, book your tyres elsewhere, to avoid a stressful experience.”
“Avoid at all cost. Buy from a local big store (Canadian Tire, Costco)
Their warranty process is cumbersome to the point you will give up. They will ask you to buy and install a new tire and the whole warranty will drag for MONTHS.
It is not worth it.”

Requested a refund.
Later got an email stating my booking was now on the 25th which is totally unacceptable.
Still have not properly processed my refund and so I'm taking it up with the credit card company.”
“Dreadful experience, and the second time I've be dissatisfied with the experience. Having used the site a few times previously some years ago, the last experiences have put me off for life.
My order is currently weeks late with no sign of the tyres or a resolution. Customer service sub standard, promising delivery and failing, or being completely inept.

“Selected tyres and booked a slot for Friday at 11:30 at a garage a few minutes from my home. There was no confirmation of the booking so I contacted Blackcircles. The garage had not accepted the booking. An alternative was offered approximately 4-5 miles away for Saturday. When I got to the second garage the staff were over run with online bookings so were running late. It took over an hour, no fault of the garage who were doing their best. I won't be using Blackcircles again. The system does not work.”
“Booked on Tuesday for tyre fitting Thursday working nights so had to get up, got to the garage no tyre the garage declined the order because they had no slots. Called Blackcircle who told me they had rearranged the booking for Monday without contacting me. Looked again on there website and it was allowing me to book with the same garage for Saturday even though they know there is no slots until at least Monday. Appalling way of conducting business I will not be using them again, first and last time.”
“(UK) appalling level of service. Tyres ordered, paid, and confirmed took 1/2 day off work to get fitted. Tyre shop apologised since the tyres had NOT arrived called complaint line spoke to Maureen ? raised matter with her lots of apologies and promised discount on next tyre purchase. “Had my fitting date changed twice, the last time less than 24hrs beforehand ! How I wish I had read the reviews. These tyres were ordered on Wednesday and they now say they can’t fit them until this Wednesday! It should not take a week to source a tyre..I would have taken a more expensive alternative…if I had been offered! The fist and last time I will use them.”
“I ordered tires and wheels from their website. Live in Toronto Canada. ( It seems they are originally from the UK and have started a Canadian division) During the process I called their help line. All communication and website navigation was excellent. The tires came first in 2 days ( just before Christmas) and the 4 rims came a few days later in nicely packed and protected boxes.
Their pricing and service were very good and I recommend Blackcircles.ca”
