“Had tradesmen round to look at leaking roof on garage via check a trade. The people who visited did not look professional apart from one. Still had no quotes this was middle of November. But I did get all my Stihl tools stolen from garage they have been there 8 years no problem, then people I don’t know visit I get burgarled 😢”

“All they want is your monthly membership and make it incredibly difficult to cancel. Phone calls, being placed on hold, being told you cant cancel till the end of the term etc. Disgusting company.”

“I posted a request on Checkatrade for a plumber I did not end up with a cowboy I got a drifter drifting in and out at his convenience a job which should have taken at least 10 days took a month arriving late leaving early I would not use Checkatrade again after a very upsetting and disappointed experience”

“I give checkatrade 1 star. Reason. I had a tenant with a blocked drain. It was an open gully at the back of the house. I phoned a recommend plumbing company. Which turned out to be a call centre sending a subcontractor. The person turned up and messed around for 15 min. Then told the tenant that it needed £1500 of drainage work as the drain had collapsed. Tenant refused to authorise the work. I found I had a been debited £240 despite being told it would be £70 as they claimed to have used camera inspection. So I phone a local plumber who charged £70 and used rods to clear it in 6min ! Total time on site min. I gave the first company a terrible review saying they were con artists, when they refused my demand to return my money. They agreed but only if I removed the poor review, in other words blackmailing me. Which I did. I then contacted Checkatrader to complain about being blackmailed and asking them to look into this company and its 5 star reviews. They said that there was little they could do !!! Do not trust the reviews on checkatrader especially for the national call centre emergency firms.”

“This company is a total scam and I say that as a construction company that was fooled to join them . It simply is after your money but not at all intended to bring you any jobs . My advice is to avoid avoid avoid as many others said in these reviews !!!”

“Three months into my investment, I started to doubt the situation as I attempted to make my initial withdrawal. “Had to give 1 star just so I could leave a review otherwise I would have given minus 10 stars. Company is a joke. TRADERS DO NOT JOIN WITH THESE THEIFS. they just want your money and are not bothered about any customer service whatsoever. Try TO Complain to them at the lack of service they offer you..NIL I haven't got the service what they agreed with me but still take your money and just threatened me with legal action. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM TRADING”

“Scammers are real I was scam by some scam broker the lure me investing all my hard earn money of about $108,0000 the keeping giving me high promise of getting back my money and my bonus yet the ended up blocking me through get assist to my investment accounts I was very heartbroken and shattered but luckily for me I was able to get back my investment and my bonus through the help of mr alexi victim help over he is crypto recovery agent and he also works with the FBI he guided me through the process.on getting back my money including my bonus i was only made to pay him a little amount to upgrade my account from basic account to TPM account for me to be able to withdraw my money to my bank account, within 48 hours my $108,0000 was transferred to my bank account successfully, when I received my money back I burst into tears.... thank you alexivictimhelps @ mail . com i never believed that all my money will be recovered thank you sir”

“if there are 100 tradesmen on a location checkatrade posts a job and takes money from each one even if only one takes that job. And if you make an account with them, they won't let you go. They are thieves. They make fun of the workers, they take their money for nothing Even in these reviews they don't allow you to review them except for a job so you can't say what they really do They are thieves”

“I am a builder advertising through this company, terrible customer service. Where do I start.... Income department have no idea what they are talking about (Bianca) the person dealing with my issue from membership advice had no idea about the ongoing issue. I have asked now on 5 different occasions for phone call records from our conversations so I can listen to the phone calls.... No reply. The past 4 times I have called i have been on hold for 1 hour plus waiting to be put through to someone. When you finally get through the person on the other end doesn't have a clue about the problem or more importantly the solution. We spend over £4000 advertising with the company and there must be better companies. John Hitchin, Signature Home Developments.”

“They took advantage of me, tricking me into thinking I was making money while all they were doing was robbing me. You will be duped by this website, so please avoid it. Within a few days of reporting the problem to "AlexcryptoFX @ writeme dt COM" I received my money back in addition to my profit. He’s an expert.”
