Awful customer service i have been waiting for a month now for them to collect an item. They have charged me for it and keep promising the issue is being escalated but its not! Had a response to a complaint email earlier today and they called me by the wrong name so are not taking the complaint seriously at all! STAY AWAY!!!!

Taken the payment twice. Goods not delivered. Nightmare trying to obtain refunds. Raised with bank. Avoid this company at all costs

Still owe me refund and everi damaged one boxes looks like it was kicked around i returned it was a speaker . 5 items sent back either didnt fit cancelled still sent things out they need looking into . I’m not paying full amount this mounth or interest for stuff i returned.

Never shop with freemans I got a faulty cooker and it's been sitting in my flat since 13.10.2025 and they have not collected it they said take it to a parcel shop can you believe it and I am not paying .so please be careful I will never shop with them again.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I’ve had an account for around 10 years which I will be closing now. Also I’ll be closing my Kaleidoscope account. Call centre staff that don’t speak, don’t listen and none of us seemed to understand what anyone was saying. Can’t get a replacement delivery address correct or deliver it when they say they will. Next working day seems to be 4 days away and I’ve to wait at home like a dog left at home by its owner all day. I have a life and I need to go out. Like to work to be able to spend money to buy things. To top it off, delivery driver dumped a £300 item at the foot of a block of flats, didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know he’d dumped it. Shoestring company with shoestring delivery staff. I am no longer a customer.

After being a customer for over 20 years (mainly Kaleidascope), I find I cannot log into my account. I have always paid for items when purchased. I was told I had logged in too many time, then told my details were not recognised (despite placing an order only 2 days ago). I contacted the help line today and after 1 hour on the phone, I was told they had been through the whole restart process and could not resolve the matter. They cancelled my account and told me to reset it, but having tried this the system does not offer this option but rather auto loads my old details! Very poor support and process. Very disappointed customer.

I have been with Freemans 15 Years I have been with Freemans about 15 years and spent a considerable amount of money in that time never missing a payment date or be in arrears . So my account lapsed and I had to renew my account details. To my absolute horror they have refused me a credit account. This is shocking and upsetting bearing in mind my previous credibility. So it’s your loss Freemans. You have lost a very valuable customer in these days of reduced spending. !!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service

Does not deserve even 1 star. I returned an item for refund. 3 weeks later none has been given. Now they are ignoring me altogether. How can a company get away with this? £33 out of pocket; I would call that theft!

Ordered a duvet set on 13th May, original delivery date was 20th. 20th Came I did online chat to be told I had to get in touch with them the next day as they couldn't do anything on that day. Next day delivery date was showing as 23rd just looked again and it's now showing as 26th. It was a long enough delivery date when I ordered it but this is getting beyond a joke

Would give zero stars. Still waiting for a refund. First and last purchase. For my own sanity, I may just have to right the 73 pounds off and put down to experience, as I can't bear calling and live chats, they all work of a script, and totally useless. Have asked 4 times to speak to a manager, all they keep saying is they have passed to their dedicated team. Dedicated in fobbing customers off i think. A very special department.

Sad to see that GOV allow this kind of companies to trade in uk. Orders cancelled without explanation, funds on hold forever. They never honor the orders but always take the funds in advance. They play with our money, usind prepayments to invest and later on cancel the orders and take 20 days to refund, when they already used our money to buy stock and sell it for profit. GOV have to stop this kind of companies.

Alas I cannot give a minus score. Their 'contact us' page always shows 'this site cannot be reached'. Calls are dropped / run out of time to be answered. They are charging me for items that have been returned. Emailing doesn't resolve this and it I don't pay up I will have a bad credit score.

I bought a iphone 16+ and my box was tampered with. When I opened my phone box there was no phone in the box and I've been waiting for over 5 weeks and now they saying the box wasn't tampered with. Spoke to the manager send pics in as requested and got nowhere. The manager lied saying the box wasn't tampered with and I'm left with no phone and £1000 out of pocket.

I ordered 3 pairs of Adidas trousers from freemans for them to send out 3 wrong pairs, that felt like tissue paper feels like fakes. I then got in touch with them so they sent out replacements. I received the same wrong items. I complained again and then received the same wrong items for the 3rd time. When I try and get in contact either by phone or live chat some answers and then just disconnects when I bring up my problem now I am being ignored by all the advisors. They are aldo trying to charge me interest on my order since I have not paid for anything yet seen as I have not received what I have ordered. This has been going on for a month now. I also got some Lyle and Scott boxers form them which the buttons are now falling off. I am really thinking they're products are not authentic items. All the custom service are from Indian and don't understand me very well

Still waiting 2 weeks later for my item. With Evri the delivery I don’t hold out hope. A reputable company would fast track the item next day. No not Freemans they saying someone will be in touch in 5 days!!
