Horrendous customer service. No way to speak to anyone. Webchat is rubbish and emails are ignored. All I want is a refund on an item sent back 2 weeks ago. I sent a Boden item back at the same time and was issued a refund quickly.

I put review on a couple days ago about a Cox and Cox lamp that I still haven’t received from friends joules , it was fairly expensive at £178.95 ordered end of Oct !!!!! I still have not had an email to let me know what’s happening so my advice is don’t order from this site ! I think this is a long time to keep your money and no goods appalling service .

If I could give 0 stars I would the customer service is awful ! Ordered cox&cox lamp from friends of joules on 28th Oct ; they took payment 1st Nov from me , still not received it I’ve email all parties,joules ,friends of joules and cox and cox they just dont answer phone, and emails don’t give any answers . Joules have always delivered in days but this is awful customer care I’ve just tried to ring but line not working now !

Terrible customer service, haven’t experienced anything as bad before. Have had no response to emails and the chat and couldn’t get through by phone after they only delivered two of three items. Don’t know what to do as they seem uncontactable.

Poor customer service and excessive delay in providing a refund of money. I ordered a jumper on 02/11/2021 and received it and returned it to Joules on 10/11/2021 because it was faulty. Not a cheap item at £52.00. As of today, 01/12/2021 I am still waiting for my refund despite having emailed their customer service who replied that it could take 10 working days. There does not appear to be a complaints department for Joules, so I am posting my negative review on trust pilot instead....I cannot recommend this company and would urge anyone ordering from them to consider carefully because you might need to wait a considerable time to get your money back. Hopefully someone from Joules might read this and release my money asap..

Absolutely terrible customer service. I wrote two emails and never received an answer and the live chat was absolutely useless. I was a frequent customer and this is the first time I wanted to return an item and I just can't get their help. Will never buy there again!

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. This will be my first and last order with Joules and their so called 'friends'. We placed a Christmas Tree order in October for a Pre Lit 7ft tree. We received our order in November, and once we had opened the box... Surprise Surprise it was the wrong tree. They had got the labelling wrong and us a bog standard 7ft not pre lit. I have been going back and forth with both Joules and their supplier for well over 2-3 weeks and have got NO WHERE. No one in their customer service team has been helpful. I have emails confirming they made the error on their end but have we received our new tree... NO! We are now at the 1st of December and I am well and truly livid. Disgusting. Thank you Joules, you have ruined Christmas. Please do not order from them. You will be utterly disappointed, just like we are. Attaching proof of the issue.

Ordered a few items from joules for my daughter in laws birthday. I’m having a nitemare with it. When the box arrived, they hadn’t put the main item of my order in the box despite it was listed as the first item on the despatch note. Tried on the live chat and the phone but neither were any help ( just got cut off on the phone) their attitude to customer service is disgusting. Nothing like they used to be. I would be VERY VERY WARY of using this company at the minute. Very poor to deal with.

Ordered an item item on the 25th October. Still not received. If you do not have an item in stock state on your website. Sick off your poor customer service. Please refund.

Joules messed up my order then I spent ages trying to sort it out. At one point I was told the warehouse said something contradictory to what I said suggesting I was lying. They finally sorted it out and to be honest by this point I had already bought replacement presents so wanted to just cancel the order. I was never even given the option. The customer service felt cold and unconcerned. I have had excellent customer service from places like Monsoon and IKEA. I expected better of Joules.

I pair a lot of money for a pair of ladies wellingtons and quite frankly they were not fit for purpose. They started to leak at the back behind the heel. I tried to ring the customer services. but couldn’t get through. I always had Hunters before and will buy them from now on. Living in the country and walking over fields with the dog o can’t have leaky boots. Sorry but very poor quality .

I bought a pair of rainboots and very soon after they broke in the back. So i contacted the costumer service and they said they would refund my purchase. It took at least 1 month with back and forth messages from everyone in the compagny who kept saying they transfer the money to my account, but i never received anything. After mentionning that i could provide my bank info so they can call and ask for themself, and instead to just send another pair, i was ignored completly! Ignored. And i did wrote multiple times to try to fix this situation, but the managers thought it would be a better idea to simply ignore me. I still havent received the refund or any boots as an exchange. Even if they would say: sorry, we cant refund at this point, we try, i would have appreciated it more than just being ignored as a costumer! I live in Canada so that cost me at least 25$ of phone calls and multiple emails back and forth with people that shouldnt be working in the public. Very very dissapointed by Joules, i never ever write a review and its the first time in my life i experienced this kind of unprofessionalism.

Ordered mid length jacket using eBay store. First jacket sent was wrongly labelled and was a bigger size than the sales labels. Returned and reordered again on eBay store. Same thing happened again. Very disappointed to be told there is probably a problem with all the batch in my size so not worth ordering again. Please quality check your labelling better. 2 wasted trips to the post office to return the items.

Wellingtons not fit for purpose. Have just been in touch with Joules Customer Service regarding a pair of their Dragonfly wellingtons bought for me as a present Christmas 2019. They are not fit for purpose as they now leak in both wellingtons. I wore them for only 2 hours per week last year in dry conditions in an inside riding school, only to walk in, not ride. Since then every time I have worn them in wet/snow or mud, both wellingtons leak very badly. To me, this is faulty materials or glue used but as it is over the 1 year guarantee period, they will do nothing, other than offer a £10 gift voucer, which I have declined. These cost £49.99 and are not fit for purpose. I have had previous much cheaper wellingtons which lasted for years and years. Very dissatisfied that they will not have them back to test the fault. Another customer on a review site, states their wellingtons lasted 5 weeks before they started to leak. Enough said.

REPORTING TRADING STANDARDS - items ordered on 27/12/20, only part of the order arrived. Joules will not respond to emails, phone lines are permanently closed, and webchat permanently unavailable. I can't believe that Joules are still taking people's hard earned money, for orders they cannot fulfil.. Criminal.
