i was a first time customer and wasn’t happy with my order as they had got it wrong , they told me to return and get my money back. However all was well until i realised it is also an extra £4.95 to return my unwanted item :(

Order 279-3028-0410 I made an order on July 30th. After too much time i contacted kitbag through email and they told me the product is out of stock and that they will send it as soon as possible. They also mentioned i can cancel my order and get a full refund. After 2 more weeks i asked to cancel the order and they told me they will forward my request. 8 days later i got an email saying the order was shipped. When i asked them about that they told me it wasn't possible to cancel my order and i should send it back to get a refund. They said i need to wait up to 30 working days for the delivery. On 23.10.2020 i contacted kitbag again because the product didn't arrive, they said i can get a refund. Today they told me i can't get a refund because i put a wrong address - which is wrong. After i sent them the confirmation email with my right address they told me the zip code is wrong. It's not. I sent them the confirmation email once again, proving the zip code is right and now i'm waiting for an answer. By the way, the order status on their website is "pending", which means they didn't even send it Anyway i'm waiting almost 3 months for a football shirt, kitbag keep lying and they are full of contradictions. They are trying to accuse me even though i proved them that i did everything right. I just wonder why we can't track our orders... Stay away from their website!

Order #: 107-4892-9899 Not Received The promised delivery dates on 7 & 10 Aug 2020 for my 2 items have long passed. It's been more than a month. To date, Kitbag has continued to refuse to reply to any of my multiple email inquiries. There is no sign of any of my 2 purchased items, as well as a total refusal by Kitbag to respond to me. This is the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life from any online retailer!

I ordered a jersey for my son for his birthday back in February, when the order arrived we came to find out that they had shipped us a shirt that was miss labeled and as a result was two sizes too big for him. I would think it would have been easy enough to fix, since it was entirely their fault, they would ship me the size I ordered right away and pay to have the original shirt shipped back to them. It is now July, they can't confirm they received the shirt I shipped back at my cost and I haven't received a refund or replacement. What a customer service disaster!

Over the 5 weeks dealing with this company, i have sent numerous emails, made numerous calls, been charged twice, refunded (partially!), and in the end, had to give up completely. Utterly useless company and product control. I asked for an apology otherwise I would be going to social media. Here I am... without apology.

Don’t buy printed kits. I bought 4 printed kits for my children. They printed the shirts but not the shorts. I have bought printed kits for many seasons from other retailers and they always printed the shorts. I explained to kitbag and they refused to enter into any discussion. So my children are left with half printed kits for this season and no recourse. Don’t put yourself in this situation. Buy from a trusted company. Kitbag cannot be trusted.

My kitbag Order: 97609148 - Email Ref: SA3912519X Send this review as reference to overseas buyers Items bought was £192.39(S$345.26). Express Delivery by DHL was £17.99(S$32.28). Which add up to £210.38.(S$377.55) base on SIN Customer Exchange rates In Singapore if over S$400 there will be Duties & GST Charges. Amount under S$400 No fees KITBAG over declare the value of the Items at as S$439.93 which resulted in the fees Not only they refuse to clarify why they over declared the items value they refuse to resend the items when DHL Singapore have send a email that items are send back to the shippers. They now claim DHL have abandoned the order. So No resend nor Refund. I leave it for yourself to judge the situation.

I have been buying indirect via club and direct from kitbag for years. Quite shock that when things happen, they choose to remain silent. Sharing my experience especially with overseas buyers. As they are not in UK and calling will cost them a lot. Email to Kitbag may not help you. Its so disappointing that Kitbag never update me on my case. If kitbag need more time to investigate, a simple acknowledgement email would do. After initial reply that they will check since last Sunday, Never heard from Kitbag again. With all the evidence and supporting corresponding emails clearly shows that my items value was overdeclared by Kitbag or UK DHL. When DHL Singapore ask for payment of duties and GST taxes because my items was more than S$400, of course I refuse to pay before getting a clarification from your side. Your company choose to remain silent and my items are now return to the shipper as per DHL correspondent email. When send them a email for updates, remain silent again. Ask if they resending the items, they remain silent again. Really hates to dispute a credit card transaction but Kitbag left me with no choice. Will do it this afternoon. This is the second order from this company. Ordered from Australia on Dec 4, and told by the company it was shipped on Dec 12. Now Dec 18 and the shipping agent in Australia informed me the goods are still in the UK. RUBBISH SERVICE. Make sure you leave at least 3 months for your delivery to arrive. If you companies cant even get the simple things right, good luck with BREXIT.
