“Very easy to compare prices, book and pay. Cheap price. Confirmation that parcel was delivered safely. The only niggle was with the drop off - parcel weighed 17kg and local post office say Parcelforce have a 15kg limit to collect from them. As I know them they did speak to the obliging driver who agreed to take it. A warning on the site when booking would have been good and I would have made two parcels and avoided the aggravation.”
