“Terrible company! Paid £21 for next day delivery. Courier didn’t turn up. Either had to rearrange for a fee of £9 or cancel for £9. Could not contact anybody. Cancelled and paid £9. Criminal! Do not use!”
“I can't explain how bad this service has been. I sent 14 boxes from the UK to Spain. They were sent back to the UK for a ridiculous reason. They then tried to return them twice during working hours to the UK address, without sending any notification. They of course couldn't find anyone home so they just dumped 7 boxes at my neighbour's house. Then tried to ship the boxes again to Spain (!), to finally return some of the remaining ones to the UK address: 2 still missing, 2 damaged. Their response to my complaint? They are offering me £25 voucher to be used on their website within 10 days - Seriously: DO NOT USE PARCEL HERO.”
“Booked a parcel with UPS via ParcelHero and it was a very smooth transaction. If this is down to that UPS always does a great job or that Parcelhero did a good job, difficult to say. But everything worked well and the price was good too.”
“Parcel Hero allowed me to choose shipping options that were not available in the UK. Failed to schedule in collections resulting in late delivery. Shipping labels not able to be printed either. No contact numbers for delivery drivers and no contact numbers for customer services. Absoltely dreadful service.”
“I got a parcel shipped from Europe to the UK very quickly, cheaply and easily. On the website it was very simple to get a quote, and equally simple to make the full booking. The potentially complicated issue of customs was taken care of for me too. Ultimately something that could have been difficult went very smoothly and I got the best price too.”
“Guy walked in to our office no face mask, left parcel on table didn’t say a word, then when we noticed the box was badly damaged called him back in, he picked it up and walked out saying nothing, we thought he eas going to come and explain the damage process, instead he just drove off with my parcel and marked as unsigned return to sender!!! Horrible rude little scroat.”
“Would give 0 stars if I could. Never ever use them. They basically looted me and took extra money for "guaranteed" doorstep delivery, then said they can't do anything about the package not being delivered since it was upto customs in my country. Didn't even try to help at all. Complete frauds.”
