“I don’t know where to start.
I posted a parcel in April and only got it back to me (so it wasn’t even delivered !) today (6th July) after having paid return fees (twice the original sending fees) on 24th April.
Add to this rudeness, poor communication, and blatant disregard for my requests to escalate and register a forma complaint.
The WORST customer experience I have ever had. I would recommend that people avoid Parcel Hero at all costs. I am still trying to find what the process is to lodge an official complaint…”
