“start to finish the service was perfect, down to the actual delivery time at the other end. the cost was very reasonable and the system was simple to handle. i would strongly recommend parcel hero to everyone.”
“Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
I paid extra to have two parcels collected, 3 days went by without them being collected so I tried calling and telephone number does not work, spoke to a customer service assistant via email and after a day of emails explaining I’d paid for collection and in the end had to literally walk 2 miles with two heavy parcels to a drop off point as no agent turned up for collection even tho I’d paid for it! I got told that they do not guarantee collection as covid traffic etc, so I asked for a refund for the extra I paid and got told that I couldn’t have any refund- this is utterly outrageous, they take peoples money for collection, don’t turn up and then won’t refund it!!!!!!
This is fraud!!!!!
I will never ever use this service again, shame as I send thousands of pounds worth of parcels a year via my business, I advise anyone to use any other carrier but this!!!!!!”
“Service was first class. I had an urgent last minute package to get to a customer. Nobody said they could get it there by 10:30 the next morning apart from parcelhero. Price was very reasonable & parcel delivered at 9am on the day. Would definitely recommend & use again.”

Stated that my object was larger than stated (300cm when object sent was only 191cm) and then refused to accept my evidence for the challenge as they state that the packaging isn’t sufficient.”

“DO NOT USE - borderline scam. You book a shipment to be collected the next day, wait for the driver - nobody comes, nobody calls. You reschedule for the next day, same thing happens. reschedule again... same thing. And then you get CHARGED £6 to get a refund?? They didn't do anything but waste 3 days and have my package still sitting at home.”
