“Awful service, failed to pick up item twice and then charged £6 for cancelling their pick up and delivery service. So they made £6 for doing absolutely nothing….very poor.”

“Can't comment on the non-pickup issues mentioned in other reviews. I dropped my parcel off for collection and printed the label in store. Find the website very intuitive and am overall happy with the service I received, although I did most myself. 😉”
