“Easy to use service. Picked up and delivered on time. Annoying when there are extras added on like shrink wrap charge etc but i think all the comparison sites are the same and maybe its the courier companies that are to blame”
“I was made to wait all day at home at the expense of work for a courier that never turned up. I complained and there was no explanation or even an excuse, other than being directed to cancel. I have now been charged £6 and my parcel has been delayed severely as result of this ineptitude.
There are no facilities to call, chat or effectively discuss issues with parcelhero - you get emails that have the feel of automated messaging, almost irrelevant to the customer issue. I am almost certain there is no auditable trail that a courier attempted my pick up, it’s just a way of getting rid of a customer.
This ranks amongst my worst experiences with a business - in this business they charge the customer for their failing to pick up a parcel. It is totally unacceptable.
They don’t even care to review complaints properly, therefore there is no chance that this will be corrected. I do not wish anyone to have my experience; forego your work waiting for a courier who never turns up and get charged for their failure to turn up.
You ought to be truly ashamed of this practice.”

Parcel Hero have me a choice of Companies who could collect my parcel and I chose Hermes, it was brilliant. The parcel was collected as promised and I received an email to confirm and a further email when the parcel reached it's destination. Wonderful customer service. Thankyou!”
